Smirnoff Text to Win

1. Offer open to licensees or business owners of Great Britain aged 18 and over, except employees and families of the Promoter and its affiliate companies, agencies and anyone professionally connected with the promotion.

2.Promotion starts 1st March 2013 and closes 31st August 2013 for purchase and text entry.

3. By entering the promotion, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and by the decision of the Promoter, which is final in all matters relating to the promotion.

4. This promotion is Trade purchase only - participating Licensees must purchase a promotional bottle of Smirnoff 1.5L from a participating trade outlet to be eligible to enter.

5. Prizes consist of:

• 10,000 x Shopping Vouchers

6. To enter with your promotional neck collar text "SMIRNOFF" plus the Unique Reference Number (URN) found on the neck collar on the bottle followed by your DOB (DD/MM/YY) to 80878. You will receive a bounce back text message which will tell you instantly if you are a winner or not. Winners messages will contain details of your prize and instructions on how to claim. Entry text messages will be charged at your standard rate according to your tariff, receipt of reply message/s will not be charged.

Winners will be required to mail in the original cardboard neck collar featuring the winning URN, their original trade invoice showing purchase of the bottle of Smirnoff 1.5L during the promotional period (invoice must pre date and time the winning text entry) and their full name and address details and the mobile number that they entered the promotion in order to claim their prize to Smirnoff Text to Win (4487), PO Box 106, Welshpool, Powys SY21 7WW. Upon verification of a valid winning application prizes will be sent with 28 days. Original stamped invoice/till receipt will be returned to the delivery address supplied.

URNs can only be entered once. Any URNs entered more than once will become void. Entry is limited to two texts per day per mobile per outlet. Only the first two entries will be accepted per day, all other entries will not be counted but will be charged.

7. The closing date for receipt of purchases and text entries is 31st August 2013, the closing date for receipt of the winning postal claims is 12th September 2013.

8. The promoter accepts no responsibility for undelivered text messages or for prize claims that are lost, delayed or damaged for any reason whatsoever. The use of Special Delivery for sending winning claims is recommended.

9. No other correspondence will be entered into concerning the result and the Promoter's decision is final.
